ITIS will be 60p (ITH)

baker12 - 12 Aug 2004 15:23

ITIS is emerging as a leader in the supply of satellite navigation data in the information technology industry. They have come up with a new system of gathering real time and historical data called Estimotion. Profits for next year are forecast at 1.6 million but this is without the roll out of this new technology. Cash 6 million. ITIS report they are in a period of high growth.

Estimotion is an Israeli company ITIS purchased for $5m and combines real time and historic data to guide drivers through their satellite navigation systems to their destination avoiding traffic jams and giving the quickest route. They are also able to supply data to other systems including hand held satellite navigation and have contracts with Alpine, Clarion, Kenwood,
Panasonic, Pioneer and Siemens.

There stolen vehicle tracker NavTrak is the best selling in Europe and is fitted to 100,000 vehicles world wide. It has many other functions and further details can be found on the NavTrak web site.

ITIS have 13 three year contracts with major car manufacturers to supply RDS_TMC and combine their data gathering with the AA.

Further announcements are on the way and they also hope to win international contracts with both RDS_TMC and Estimotion. They are in talks with four governments.

Recently they came first in a comparison test with other companies run by the Sunday Times and there have been several write ups in Shares Mag including mention of the global market ITIS is aimed at.

Mobile phone companies will be interested in this one.

Well worth further investigation with announcements on Estimotion and foreign RDS_TMC contracts soon.

Is this a worthwhile investment please help!!!

queen1 - 23 Nov 2004 22:37 - 38 of 58

If the technology is as good as the company says it is and enough third parties take up the technology it's a 10-bagger IMHO!

baker12 - 25 Nov 2004 18:25 - 39 of 58

ITH is now supplying RDS-TMC technology to most of the motor industry in the UK with Europe next in its sights. Estimotion is being deployed world wide.

ITH have always been confident of delivering what they call 'Global Glory' to share holders and in recent months they haven't disappointed with Estimotion being deployed in the US, Australia and Europe. The technology is a new innovative way of gathering data and many more deployments are set to follow. No foreign offices are needed, deployment is quick and cheap and very appealing to budget conscious Government Transport Departments. Of particular interest is ITH have set in place a contract a major US mobil phone operator so more US cities are targeted.

Shares say, "The industry looks set to expand rapidly and ITIS are well placed to take advantage"

The company has always delivered and if Estimotion does the same a price target of somewhere reaching close to 1 over the next year is not unreasonable.

IMO this company has struck gold with Estimotion!!

DYOR.

Good news today - ITIS Holdings today announced a new contract with DaimlerChrysler UK supply its RDS-TMC (Radio Data System - Traffic Message Channel) service as standard on all Mercedes-Benz cars equipped with factory-installed satellite navigation.

TMC enables drivers to receive real time traffic information on their navigation system and to utilise Dynamic Route Guidance to re-route away from traffic congestion.

ITIS traffic information combines incident data and Floating Vehicle Data (FVD), which is then broadcast to compatible satellite navigation systems using national bandwidth via Classic FM, which is licensed exclusively by Ofcom to ITIS until 2012.

Stuart Marks, CEO, commented: 'We are particularly pleased that DaimlerChrysler UK will be standardising RDS TMC across the Mercedes-Benz range of cars. The quality and driving experience that Mercedes- Benz customers demand will be further enhanced by the availability of real time traffic information. We now have contracts with 16 manufacturers for RDS-TMC and consequently more drivers now receive traffic information in their vehicles using TMC than by any other comparable system.'

Good news for a Monday morning:

LONDON (AFX) - ITIS Holdings PLC said it has won a new contract with Dutch based Eurotraffic to deliver real time traffic information to customers of the TomTom personal navigation products.

Under the terms of the contract, ITIS said it receives a share of the annual subscription paid by the customer for the traffic service.

ITH share price is 100 times more than company actual worth

hawick - 15 Jun 2005 13:33 - 48 of 58

Well done to holders I had some of these for a while. Nice to see things turning up - more to come.

Maiden post-tax profit of 0.34m in second half of the year;

Turnover up 44% to 10.16m (2004: 7.06m);

Loss after taxation for the year reduced by 80% to 1.21m (2004: 6.14m);

Year end cash balance remains strong at 3.41m with the Group expected to
generate cash in the current year;

Continued dominance of the RDS-TMC market with sixteen vehicle
manufacturers now offering our traffic service as standard with navigation;

New contracts won since interim statement to supply traffic data to
DaimlerChrysler, Land Rover, Mini, Mitsubishi Motors Europe, Porsche Cars,
Renault, Vauxhall and Volvo; and Co-Pilot, Harman Becker, Sony Europe and
Tom Tom;

Deployment results for Cellular Floating Vehicle Data (CFVD, formerly
known as Estimotion) ahead of expectations;

Stuart Marks, Chief Executive of ITIS Holdings plc, commented:

'We are delighted to announce a maiden profit for the second half of the year
and significantly increased turnover and reduced losses for the year as a whole.
We believe we have succeeded in creating a fixed cost traffic information
business with a portfolio of services which our customers clearly value.

This year we remain confident of continued growth across all of our businesses
and of further contract wins for our CFVD technology, which will make it an
increasingly important contributor to the Group.'

Financial Overview

For the year ended 31st March 2005 Group turnover increased by 44% to 10.16m
(2004: 7.06m). With the majority of the cost base fixed, this resulted in the
loss after taxation for the year reducing by 80% to 1.21m (2004: 6.14m). There
were no exceptional costs during the year (2004: exceptional costs of 0.75m
relating to the impairment of a fixed asset no longer used by the Group and a
provision for onerous leases). Cost saving measures implemented during 2004
have resulted in a 1.67m (25%) fall in distribution and administrative
expenses.

These results demonstrate again that ITIS' operational infrastructure is capable
of supporting incremental business without substantial increases to its cost
base.

queen1 - 15 Jun 2005 13:38 - 49 of 58

A splendid set of results. Go ITIS!

katcenka - 15 Jun 2005 14:17 - 50 of 58

queen1 - 15 Jun 2005 17:53 - 51 of 58

What?????????!

hawick - 15 Jun 2005 22:20 - 52 of 58

Positive comment from UK-A, remnant shorters looking badly stressed after this. Note especially: "the future looks very good indeed."

Solid numbers and a positive outlook were the perfect recipe for success, as investors bought shares in ITIS Holdings 3.5p higher to 44.5p. The traffic information and in-car navigation group unveiled figures for the year to March, showing losses had narrowed to 1.35 million pounds from 6.22 million pounds a year earlier. Net losses of 1.21 million pounds were recorded as sales shot ahead 44% to 10.2 million pounds. Prospects for the current year appear to be excellent with profitability very much on the cards following a profitable second half. ITIS generated its first ever profit of 340,000 pounds in the six-month period to March 31st. Meanwhile 16 vehicle manufacturers now offer the company's navigation products as standard. With car giants queuing up to adopt ITIS systems, the future looks very good indeed. New contracts signed in the second half included DaimlerChrysler, Land Rover, Mini, Mitsubishi, Porsche, Renault, Vauxhall and Volvo:

I can't believe that there hasn't been more activity on here recently. The ITH sp is on a magnificent run (bar Wednesday's profit-taking) and was a Shares Mag Play of the Week last week. It's putting Trafficmaster firmly in its place and will go on to bigger and better things. Storming.

queen1 - 25 Aug 2005 14:15 - 54 of 58

Still no-one interested? A new high again so far today. This is looking very positive now.

First steps into the US - Excellent news!!

Missouri Department Of Transportation commences exclusive negotiations with ITIS
to deploy CFVDTM statewide

ITIS Holdings plc ('ITIS') is pleased to announce that following a competitive
and extensive tendering process, it has been invited by the Missouri Department
of Transportation ('MoDOT') to enter into contract negotiations on an exclusive
basis to deploy its Cellular Floating Vehicle Data (CFVDTM) technology
throughout the State of Missouri. The contract will include the cities of St
Louis and Kansas City and cover at least 5,400 miles of inter-urban and urban
roadway. By comparison, our deployment in Baltimore covers around 1000 miles.

ITIS bid for this contract with its US partner Delcan-NET who, in accordance
with our agreement, will be the lead contractor in this strategically important
multi-year deal. Competition for this tender came from leading transportation
consultancies and other providers of cellular traffic probe technologies. We
anticipate that the CFVDTM system will be deployed within six months of the
contract being awarded. At that time the data will be integrated immediately
with the relevant Traffic Management Centers in the state.

This is the first major competitive tender issued by a state for such a traffic
system and we believe that our success will encourage other states to look
favourably at the ITIS and Delcan-NET offering.

Once the formal contract has been signed ITIS will issue a further announcement
outlining the financial and terms details.

Stuart Marks, Chief Executive of ITIS Holdings plc said 'This landmark deal is a
major endorsement for our CFVDTM technology and our relationship with Delcan-
NET, a combination of which has beaten strong and credible competition in this
market. ITIS operates the largest deployment of Floating Vehicle Data traffic
technologies anywhere in the world with over 22,000 miles covered before the
inclusion of the Missouri roadway network.

With our deployment in Baltimore and Delcan-NET's extensive knowledge of the DOT
market we are confident in our ability to capitalise further on the significant
market for CFVD traffic information in the USA'
