In the recent Agm the chairman said "the company has made a positive start to the financial year and the board remains optimistic about prospects for the business."

Pre-tax losses have also nearly halved from 6.4 mln to a loss of 3.4 mln on cost cutting. They have also had a successful fund raising.

Also chart indicators show that it may be time for the next leg upwards past recent resistance at 7.5p. and please remember you are responsible for the timing of your own buying and selling actions.

Not a lot of money for a man of his means,given his current investment in the Company (500k). But I suppose at the end of the day he has as much of a right to try and guess the bottom as the rest of us ;o)

Must show that this company is worth an investment, after all he knows more about ID Data than we ever will. Even if it is only 7.000 he isn't going to want to lose it.

just been looking back to Oct 2003 what optimism/certinty there was then for 'rapid'price increase, they must be well p*****d of if still holding!!!!!!!!!

Interesting stock this one. Although I don't have any IDD been watching it for a while now.

Talking to the chartists on the Faraj thread, there is a clear divergence emerging between price falling and macd rising. This is quite beneficial to the stock as it means it is gathering momentum despite the price drops ie. it is likely the stock will move upwards very quickly - sooner rather than later.

Had this one on my monitor for about 9 months and had sort of forgotten about it until today. MMs have pushed up the price to entice some sellers by the look of it, and succeeded to a small degree, (nearly 1 mil sells). It makes you wonder why they want them? Although there is a positive divergence on the MACD histogram, (and it is the most reliable of MACD signals), but would also be looking for this to be backed up by a Moving Average Crossover, and then a Centre Line Crossover, neither of which are there just yet. Interesting all the same though when you take into account that the results recently issued are in the price, Director buying, MACD, and MM activity. Might be worth a dabble sooner than later. DYOR etc etc.
