Tops, lol. You should see my training partner!!!!!! Totally showed me up with his personal bests. Shit week for me business wise, so did crap down the gym. Just trying to keep the flab away.

Stress hormone cortisol is worth looking up as it hits the gut. More sleep, more water, keep calm, etc.
