Thought I'd start a new thread as this is going to be a major talking point this year...have not made up my mind yet...(unlike bucksfizz)....but thinking of voting for an exit as Europe is not doing Britain any good at all it seems....

Labour does not represent the very people they were set up for, they're
finished..
Thats where UKIP will step in...

Jeremy Corbyn isn't going anywhere IMO. History tells us that when Marxist's get some power they do not go quickly.

The only hope to get rid of Corbyn is the possibility that he is not among the list to be voted on. His supporters say he gets on the ballot automatically, but the Secretary of the Labour Party say he won't put his name on the list unless he gets 51 MPs to support him. There could be High Court action.

i don't really care what the labour party does, but as i wrote earlier, the conservatives need to get to work and quickly to create some sort of internal harmony if they want to avoid handing labour the next GE on a plate
cameron, unlike corbyn, has done the correct thing and fallen on his sword
who should succeed him i don't really know

One thing that last nights QT did do was at least they all admitted that the vote should stand and that they should all knuckle down to making it work . Which was something .

Labour will be fecked at the next GE if there is a stitch up with the
Brexit, and the torys will lose a few seats...
So UKIP could hold the balance of power...

Fantasy time. To get more than one seat would need a huge increase in votes for UKIP. There is a wide distaste for UKIP and Farage the rabble rouser.

Haystack you did say Leave didn't stand a chance , and also Dave would still be PM and that there was pact between the Cons not to take on Dave in a leader contest , and Nige basically gave you the chance to get out of the EU , strewth .

I thought Cameron would be PM is we remained. In common with almost everybody including the Leave campaign I thought Remain would win. Farage helped produce a referendum, but Boris won it.

Any way cynics dead right they had better get on with it and not split and argue otherwise there will be a backlash for the Cons . Boris's neighbours were booing him Friday .

someone mentioned some eu(?) meeting at sintra
good to see they'll be convening at somewhere exceedingly exclusive and expensive ..... never mind; it won't cost them a bean, nor the expensive banqueting and wines
