If not
Then click on 'Get a net passport' which is on the bottom left hand corner of the login screen

vasey - 31 Mar 2003 22:46 - 375 of 11003

yep, the old one is still there

Crocodile - 31 Mar 2003 22:47 - 376 of 11003

Either use your existing EMail address or use another one you have to set up a new passport

Crocodile - 31 Mar 2003 22:48 - 377 of 11003

Well select that old one and as long as you have the password you should be able to login

Crocodile - 31 Mar 2003 22:48 - 378 of 11003

I have 3 passports to choose from for work, family and general

vasey - 31 Mar 2003 22:49 - 379 of 11003

I'm logged in....(I think!)

Crocodile - 31 Mar 2003 22:50 - 380 of 11003

You can also enter reenter your EMail address and password just in case it has an error in that sign in box

Crocodile - 31 Mar 2003 22:50 - 381 of 11003

:-)

vasey - 31 Mar 2003 22:52 - 382 of 11003

Now I can access that Options/Personal Tab box. Is it ok to just delete the e-mail details and change my ID? (I can really see the value of having the two screens with this exercise!)

Crocodile - 31 Mar 2003 22:52 - 383 of 11003

Yep

vasey - 31 Mar 2003 22:56 - 384 of 11003

That's brilliant! All I can say in my own defence is that I did try to tell you I had no computer skills! The 'I want to ...' list is a bit limited, isn't it?!

Crocodile - 31 Mar 2003 22:57 - 385 of 11003

Excellent
Now on the trader side
I use david@crocsoft.co.uk
so add me if you wish in tools / add a contact
D.

vasey - 31 Mar 2003 23:00 - 386 of 11003

Apparently to enter the chat room I need one of these Add-In things.

Crocodile - 31 Mar 2003 23:01 - 387 of 11003

nope, just do add contact, should work

Crocodile - 31 Mar 2003 23:01 - 388 of 11003

or email me the email address you use and I will see if it sets up

vasey - 31 Mar 2003 23:02 - 389 of 11003

OK you're in there, but the page wouldn't display for the download anyway....

Crocodile - 31 Mar 2003 23:02 - 390 of 11003

Anyway your working again so well done!

Harvey - 01 Apr 2003 06:11 - 391 of 11003

When using my laptop (XP home & IE6) I keep getting an annoying pop-up "This page contains both secure and non-secure items..." on Moneyam.

I don't get it on my PC running Windows ME & IE6.

Is there any way of disabling this?
