Jan 11 (Reuters) - The chairman of the body in charge of Britain's stakes in Royal Bank of Scotland and Lloyds Banking Group is to step down, saying it is "inevitable" it will take longer than expected to sell the stakes.

Who is he? and has he got another job lined up yet?

The chief executive of Lloyds Banking Group, Antonio Horta-Osorio, who recently returned to work after two months absence due to fatigue, has announced that he will not take an annual bonus for last year.

It is thought he would have been entitled to a bonus in the region of £2m.

He joined the board of the bank a year ago and took over as chief executive two months later.

Mr Horta-Osario commented that a bonus should reflect the performance of the group, and "the tough financial circumstances that many people are facing".
