The chief executive of Lloyds Banking Group, Antonio Horta-Osorio, who recently returned to work after two months absence due to fatigue, has announced that he will not take an annual bonus for last year.

It is thought he would have been entitled to a bonus in the region of £2m.

He joined the board of the bank a year ago and took over as chief executive two months later.

Mr Horta-Osario commented that a bonus should reflect the performance of the group, and "the tough financial circumstances that many people are facing".

for the last 6 days i have looked at the records of the CEO the man is a loser
and is a danger to the bank .he is worse than fred he is not worth washers .
and they should never have taken him on . all he does is put all yes people
