Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

seems a few RNSs havent shown up on stockwatch ie LGB and SEY seems to be missing one completely on the site

I have reported similar problems to our supplier, but I am also going to get our guys to take a look into it to see if there is anything they can do,

There is currently a problem with the 5 day intraday charts.

There is an entry for 20050908 08:16 in the data which should not be there.

For a good example try displaying AAL 5 Day 2 Minute.

The initial data point at 1437 is for 08/09/05.

Every stock that I have tried shows the same fault.

RNS news missing on RPT. 2 were issued today, as was another on Friday. Companyannouncements.net seem to be having the same problems.

There appear to be a large number of orders on L2(BLT for one) timed at 5.01,5.11,5.17 which are false. Some have dissappeared in the auction,others shortly after. Have refreshed browser but still there. Please investigate.

Ian - re the missing RNS announcements being mentioned over the last few days, it appears to be a problem with your supplier, as the same announcements are also missing from UK-wire(or whatever they call themselves now).

A quick scan of today's RNS list via Hemscott, demonstrates that many important announcements including results statements are currently not appearing via sites that use UK-wire as their provider.

Can you please give them a wake up call!!
