ASOS have dropped quite significantly in the past week for no particular reason and I view this as the perfect opportunity to invest as I can see them bouncing right back up to the 5.50p mark in the next 2-3 weeks. STRONG BUY!!

JPM sees considerable opportunities for further growth for the group and forecasts an EPS compound annual growth rate of 20% over 3 years. "Now the slowdown in the UK has been absorbed by investors, we believe we will see the shares continue to re-rate on international prospects, with upside potential from an eventual macro recovery in the UK," adds JPM. ASOS strutted up 51p to £18.96 as JP Morgan Cazenove upped its rating on the online fashion retailer to “overweight” from “neutral”. Shares in ASOS have had a turbulent year, hitting £25.00 last June, but later tumbling as the overall market took a nose-dive, directors sold shares and investors fretted about the effect of youth unemployment. But the share price has recovered 30pc in the past month alone.

“ASOS has had a roller-coaster ride in terms of its share price over the last year as for the first time it suffered from negative sentiment re the apparent maturing of its UK business,” said analysts. “However, the growth opportunities for the business remain very much intact in our view, with a number of levers that can be pulled in the UK to drive growth and exciting long-term potential for the international business.”
