Bunny's Beer Basement (BEER)

stockbunny - 30 Dec 2008 08:02

OK temporary accomodation for us ex-pats of Spacie's coffee house that is sadly now boarded up and in memory of Goldie's old pad the tearooms.

No fancy stuff, as this is temporary until we find a nice new place but it's warm down here with the fire and aga and I've organised a daily guinness, lager and wine delivery. There is a small kitchen in the corner and a few comfy cosy armchairs.

So feel free to take refuge when you need a break - self-service generally I'm afraid but when I can I'll rustle up a meal :>)

Watch you dont bump in to my neighbours. Hope it starts pouring on them.

A fence that moved 2 foot my way. 17 yrs ago. A week in camb court. Had to be moved back but lost 5000. Idiot used a barrister, so you have to have one at 1500
a day. oh well . Just replaced it again last week, but the b would not pay his half.
Said he would move it when the court told him, what choice do you have.
Rain, hes home sat.lol

Ah, the old boundary tussle. Always a problem. Well, um, just a suggestion, but as he is away, why not move the fence two feet further to his side and only move it back when he pays his bit?! Perhaps not. :o)

I'll do a rain dance on my walk. Cheers!
