After some rip roaring events over the past 3 years (I could certainly tell you a tale or two!), we are looking forward to meeting up with you again for this years lunch. I wondered why MG was lagging behind on the fairways of the M/AM Golf Day - it must've been his electronic tagging device causing him to limp a bit? o)

IanT(MoneyAM) - 22 Sep 2006 07:12 - 39 of 231

Thanks mg, I have amended accordingly.

Kayak,

I have added you to the list.

I would love to come as the one I went to a few years ago was brilliant.

However, I don't think I can because:

a) We are getting a puppy in 5 weeks time & I don't think I can leave it for that long

b) My office Xmas party is the night before & at my age I can't do double hangovers any more!

IanT(MoneyAM) - 22 Sep 2006 08:24 - 41 of 231

Sue,

Come along - it is the party season after all. If you can't go out twice on the trot at Xmas when can you :)

IanT(MoneyAM) - 22 Sep 2006 09:01 - 46 of 231

Smiler,

I have just tried it and it is nice and speedy. If you are trying to access from the stockwatch, it could be a pop up blocker which is causing the issue. To keep things off this thread (as it it the xmas one), could you E mail me directly ian@moneyam.com and let me know exactly what you are doing and what is happening?

Thanks

Ian

Big Al - 22 Sep 2006 20:12 - 47 of 231

smiler - was it the Xmas news? ;-))

aj - If you go, I'll think about it. I might have a dentist's appointment that day though. Sharper gnashers on order? ;-))

mg / all - If I do get down this year, I want every one to promise that if I suddenly ask for Armagnac I am immediately handcuffed to the nearest female trader for safe-keeping. ;-))

Big Al - 22 Sep 2006 20:14 - 48 of 231

Sue - bring the dog. I'll walk it! ;-))

Bullshare - 22 Sep 2006 20:22 - 49 of 231

chocolat - 22 Sep 2006 20:52 - 50 of 231

Seeing as Bullie's feeling brave again, can I please have the creamy chicken and broccoli pie without the chicken and broccoli?

Big Al - 22 Sep 2006 21:12 - 51 of 231

LOL Mike! It seems unlikely at the moment, but we'll see.

Choccy - How's about the chocolate pie without the chocolate...................or is it the pie?

Bullshare - 23 Sep 2006 06:55 - 52 of 231

Big Al; That'll be a great shame, Xmas lunch and evening wont be the same.

Andy - 25 Sep 2006 01:21 - 56 of 231

could be a quiet do then!

mg - 25 Sep 2006 10:04 - 57 of 231

aldwickk
There's no need to be like that.

My psychiatrist says I'm OK as long as I don't mix with oil men from North of the Border, short baldy blokes who live in the Home Counties or long haired engineers who live in the Cotswolds. As for women with a predilection for chocolate - well, nuff said - I've got some special medication for that affliction.
