Morning Bos and all - agree with you - was expecting an RNS this morning.

Still a wonderful morning, clear blue skies - a bit nippy though - lets hope that SEO does not share the nippiness and stays blue - though I suspect it might drift back a little today.

Seems to me that there is no patent on RF tray lidding !!

The other companies are working with better solutions than RF sealing (like Cryovac and Sainsburys).

RF sealing is old hat - here are the only 5 patents SEO have - the two capsule ones - well - we know where they came from.

6828536 Welding apparatus
6755010 Capsules
6598371 Capsules
5698124 Magnesia fiber draw furnace
4394348 Process for the preparation of aluminium alloys

Just do a search of Stanelco at http://www.freepatentsonline.com

What no RF tray lidding patent ?

I will post again shortly as I need some help with research work if someone can advise please.

I would like to look into the "Isracaps" thing and also the largest SEO shareholder "The Age of Reason Foundation" which I believe is someone in SEO's son running it or something - can someone let me know more ? Can you answer any questions below before my trip ?

Both "Isracaps" and the "Age of Reason Foundation" are in Israel - yes ?

I cannot find anything on this mysterious Age of Reason - you do a web search and it just comes up with Israel stuff - do you or anyone know more about them ? Its a weird choice of name.

http://www.israelinsider.com/views/articles/views_0040.htm

http://ageofreason.mu.nu/archives/013298.html

Anything on the "Age of Reason" just keeps pulling up stuff like that - try a search for "Age of Reason" - so I would like to know if anyone can post on here some good information about the "Age of Reason Foundation" - who are they ? where are they ? what do they do ? what are their interests apart from Stanelco ? Obviously with their large shareholding in Stanelco they are presently sitting on a paper fortune - what do they use their money for ? Who was the recent gift of 10M shares given to ?

If anyone can post anything please do - it will be interesting to know more about the SEO major shareholder.

I am off to Israel soon on a business trip and want to identify and know more about these Israeli links and support for SEO before I depart - thanks in advance.

II, For a moment I thought you were going to take a psychedelic like LSD for your next trip. Perhaps, more benefit could be obtained from an anti-psychotic like Largactil from you local doctor.

Guys - there was lots of chat earlier on about CFD's. I'm planning to set up an account because I'm having all sorts of problems T+ trading over crossed settlement dates - which co. gives the best deal ?

016622 - 11 May 2005 11:34 - 3813 of 27111

e*Trade are good

overgrowth - 11 May 2005 11:38 - 3814 of 27111

Cheers 016622 I'll check 'em out.

In my view Frogpack could become bigger then RF lidding, should think it would have a much wider market, any comments welcomed.

bhunt1910 - 11 May 2005 11:56 - 3816 of 27111

I have used BSL (which trade CFD's through City Index) - they have been execellent so far Trades cost .15% or minumum of 17.50. All done on line.

I have traded SEO very successfully - but you have to do telephone trade for these.

I would rate them 9/10

Guys - all we need to do is completely ignore insider imbecile - don't react to his posts just pretend he ain't even there - he loves it when we react. Forget about it.

insiderinside - 11 May 2005 12:47 - 3818 of 27111

Still silence on the "Age of Reason" ? Strange that - not.

The latest spin roadmap for Rampelco -

FR sealing - couple of weeks then release news about lettuce leafs - shredded carrot - spuds - and more spin on improved sales due to new pretty packaging and ideal shelf placement - sorry - I mean the sealing.

FR sealing - get the final trial results and a confirmed order for a poxy amount of 36 machine around the time interims are posted in June - we can cover the bad results with more jam tomorrow.

Toadpack - need to feed this in bit by bit now - as people realise that Welsmart are not in - and the orders are going to be very low on machine conversions - we should have plenty of jam tomorrow building up on Toadpack - this will spin us through to later in the year.

Ramper orders - keep plugging Welsmart - feed in Toadpack slowley - not too fast - turn up the ramp on Toadpack just before interims and then really go for it with Toadpack from July onwards - and then gradually talk less about FR sealing from July.

End of year target - FR sealing is lower than the ramp expected but do not fear Toadpack is the new saviour !

That's what ive been saying all along poverty..JB..

overgrowth - 11 May 2005 13:37 - 3821 of 27111

Cheers Baza - I used to have a spreadbetting account with City Index and found them to be very good (I'm now with capitalspreads - the enforced stop losses prove to be handy in a volatile market).

I think I'm going to go with e*trade (the free level 2 access swings it!).

016622 - 11 May 2005 14:17 - 3822 of 27111

og - I'm with IG, do capital spreads have a good online platform? Do they cover SEO and other small c's?
cheers

hampi_man - 11 May 2005 15:00 - 3823 of 27111

bhunt1910 - 11 May 2005 15:07 - 3825 of 27111

I think we should introduce a swear box.

Any future reference to ii in any way, form or inuendo - with the exception of eric - who is formally monitorng him - should result in a donation of 5 to the swear box - the proceeds of which can be used when we meet up in Doncaster to ceelebrate SEO recahing 50p.

I volunteer to keeep tabs on the donations!!!!

Starting now .........
