THE TALK TO YOURSELF THREAD. (NOWT)

goldfinger - 09 Jun 2005 12:25

Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).

Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.

cheers GF.

cynic - 17 Mar 2014 19:41 - 38364 of 81564

sanctions vs russia
have i missed something? ..... those sanctions look about as effective and meaningful as chucking a wet cottonwool ball at the offender

I had some dealings with Max Clifford as a publicist some years ago. I may say more depending on the verdict.

Hazie One,

"Public schools are charities that cannot make profits to tax."

That is a misuse of the Charity Status and an abuse of the tax payer.

Those who make use of the private institution should pay the full cost of doing so.

cynic - 17 Mar 2014 19:48 - 38368 of 81564

do i care one jot or iota about max clifford?
no - i don't much care for his biz ethics, but then i care not about the case or its verdict either

cynic - 17 Mar 2014 19:48 - 38369 of 81564

fossy - you're talking total bollocks as usual - sorry; full of shit of course .... i won't even waste my time in expounding on what you actually know already

Fred1new - 17 Mar 2014 20:25 - 38370 of 81564

Hazie One,

Are you jealous of Max's.

Effective sanctions will rebound on the city.

------------

Another pointer to 4 years of tory mismanagement, City rating going down.

But, hear the City and economy is safe in the torrid party's hand.

Problem is that many of the leadership don't know their left from right hand when they are working their miracles in the city.
