Stockbunny...life's a wow then, eh?
Bet you wouldn't be doing ironing if you lived here.
It was fabulous here today, 35 degrees but with a nice breeze; went in the pool probably eight or nine times and then just chilled out
Read the second half of a very good novel, Brass Ring by Diana Chamberlain. Strongly reccomend it to bookworms.

Can get twiglets out here so there's another reason for dropping out here.

Socs ..have often twigged it or even wigged it...this is going nowhere.....

snoball - 19 Jan 2004 10:48 - 3859 of 23498

This place has gone to the dogs, lol!
No coffee ready and the bakers haven't left any doughnuts.
Back later.

This_is_me - 19 Jan 2004 13:47 - 3860 of 23498

Snow - that is me fault. I told the bakers to forget the snow, cancelthe doughnuts and think of summer. I need to get rid of the excess Christmas flab if I want to look as slim this summer as Hilary does in her (topless) bikini.

stockbunny - 19 Jan 2004 14:30 - 3861 of 23498

Dearest Little Willie - that's it you've convinced me, arrange
a tent for me in your back yard, I'm packing
right now!! ((I wish!!))
SnoBall - the do'nuts have arrived, here's a key which you
will need....
and This-Is-Me sounds like you
need lots of wonderful salads and just to help you I've put a
padlock on the do'nuts and SnoBall is now guardian of the rings!!
((Bad joke..I know..It's Monday...I'm sad!!))

This_is_me - 19 Jan 2004 14:44 - 3862 of 23498

Yes ther is nothing for it - rabbit food instead of rabbit stew! I can feel my ears growing already.

stockbunny - 19 Jan 2004 14:56 - 3863 of 23498

Ah how good those ears look on you too!!
How about a nice fillet of salmon (Alaska reared not scotland!)
wrapped in a foil parcel and baked with peppers & baby veggies,
half a squeezed lemon and lots of black pepper and all done plus
minimal washing up!!!

Socrates - 19 Jan 2004 19:10 - 3864 of 23498

It's good to see some others helping with the catering. It felt like quite a few chores. What chores? Oh, that's nice of you I'll have a double whiskey.

little willie - 19 Jan 2004 22:32 - 3865 of 23498

Anyone know anything about Star Sailor in thev Cafe header ?
Presume they're one of the dawgs favourite bands, did they record "How much is that dawgy in the window"? or was it "Puppy love"?

Seing as Socs is on the scotch I'll have four fingers of Remy, thanks.

Bed for me now....night, night...

Golddog - 19 Jan 2004 23:03 - 3866 of 23498

Yes littlewillie - my fav band. I don't think you should be in that water too much otherwise you may never see it again!

Bunny, You are a little sparkle of light. But not sure about the twiglet thing! x

I will only be drinking water and tea for the next few weeks or so, thought i should cut out the alcohol for a while and cleanse myself out! What!! i hear you say, well i will give it a go anyway. please feel free to join me. :-)

Cup of bed time tea then please.

hightone - 19 Jan 2004 23:07 - 3867 of 23498

GD how do we check or look at what shares we tipped in our little game ??

HT.

Ps hi all hows you all doing and you socs howz ya hanging (-:

little willie - 20 Jan 2004 09:47 - 3868 of 23498

Morning all, another sunny day, another blue day for us all with none of those irratating 'puffy clouds on the horizon'.
May all your footsie's keep going northwards!!

Dawg...I must getalife as I've never heard of 'em, but then again I expect you've never heard of Eric Bogle!!

hilary - 20 Jan 2004 09:53 - 3869 of 23498

Didn't he write that famous English World Cup rugby song, little winky? What was it called now? Oh yes, I remember ......... "I sh@gged Matilda"

:o)

snoball - 20 Jan 2004 10:47 - 3870 of 23498

Thanks for the key stockbunny.
alrite you lot if you want doughnuts you'll have to submit your request (in triplicate) by 17:00 the previous day. No spelling mistakes.
God, isn't power wonderful!
You can do it GD, abstaining I mean. If I can manage almost a year (at the end of the month) without smoking I'm sure abstaining from a drink must be a doddle. Mind you, i've never tried it (abstaining from drink I mean).

little willie - 20 Jan 2004 11:53 - 3871 of 23498

Hils...bang on my luvly, or nearly "And the band played Waltzing Matilda" plus
"No Mans Land" and "The Leaving of Nancy", to name but three!!

Couln't 'bop' to them tho' but a slow smooch or even one of those tasty new cocktails.. "A slow comfortable something against the wall"...now you're cooking on gas ..lol

Always used to get called "the hip grinder", never realised how true it was and now three hips later I don't regret a minute!!!

ps.Quite a few years ago, I really did meet a green haired girl serving in a pub near Exeter, spooky or what.

stockbunny - 20 Jan 2004 12:06 - 3872 of 23498

Ok Who put the blot on the door after breakfast and forgot
to unbolt it again???
((For those who may read this later, we couldn't get into the
investors room for a short while!))
Now Snoball - you can look after the key as long as the power
thing doesn't go completely to your head - if we have to start
saluting you it's curtains OK! Written in triplicate is fine,
cos us bunnies can't write....ummm...What I am doing now is
telepathy OK, telepathy with my keyboard......((Wheww got out of that one))

Kayak - 20 Jan 2004 12:14 - 3873 of 23498

That really is a massive blot on the door. I'll try to clean it later if I have a minute.

hilary - 20 Jan 2004 12:20 - 3874 of 23498

LW,

In my day, it was a "groin grinder". And the green haired girl was "for one night only" in Exeter town centre.

:-)

stockbunny - 20 Jan 2004 13:15 - 3875 of 23498

On the basis bunnies can't write it seems to follow that
we can't spell either (lol) Cheers Kayak and don't worry
I'll get the cloth and spray cleaner out later!! The literary
quota of the bunny appears highly questionable (giggle)

Hello Hilary!!! ((Waving from across the bar))

optomistic - 20 Jan 2004 14:50 - 3876 of 23498

GD
Still abstaining? could be 16 hours now. Dont forget too much tea is not good for you, is your water flouridated, Strontium 90 used to be talked about being in the milk (as it has a half life of many decades of years it probably still is!) Watch the 'E' numbers in your orange juice oh and by the way dont forget to enjoy yourself!!!

This_is_me - 20 Jan 2004 15:50 - 3877 of 23498

I think all the girls in the tea room should dye their hair green to match the doughnuts that have been locked up all week.
