Well it looks like its fallen too far too fast , just taken 10 out on a quick short but will look to take out a longer term short later this evening or Monday.

I can't help it - I still remain doggedly bullish of the dollar for this week and possibly the next, and I'm sticking with cable for now, because it's like a back of the hand jobbie. I'll just keep shorting it if it retraces higher. If it breaks down below 1.86 then there should be at least another 200 points in it.
Of course I'll go and stick my hand under a bus if it bolts through 1.90, 1.905 tops :S

Tiny short Cable 1.8946 with a very tight stop. Good to see someone out there is still alive.
I don't post much because I still can't understand exactly how the currencies react to news; but I play some of the currencies most days. More disciplined now - I only normally bet when some sort of support or resistance is hit, so I can place my stop just beyond that.

I'm short too choccie / maggot ... bit worrying when we get a concensus.
Good luck.

Dil,
If you are that worried, for the small consideration of 3% profits from all 3, I am generously prepared to take a cable long, and guarantee your profits..lol

Well that's downright ridiculous, Dil. Good job there aren't too many buses around here.
I did like this headline today:

mostrader,
Thank you for the info...:-)
Trick is whether CMC S/B hit my stop @ 43 after I posted last night, you know how spiky they can get when not much is happening, and I cannot logon from work to see, so watch charts from dailyfx....but they don't always match!!
Assuming nothing untoward occurred, limit would out me @ 889, fingers crossed..
MM,
Wish I had a magic gadget..:-)

Stormie,
May I just make one suggestion please?
You've been in a winning trade from which (hopefully) you've banked 50 pips from your a limit order. The trade, however, has continued moving in your favour and you're now out of the market. Instead of setting a limit order, once the trade starts moving in your favour, why not find a moving average from which the trade is finding support or resistance and trail your stop on that moving average.
I realise that it might be difficult to do if you're at work and it's only a suggestion.
