Ian, No. Shall try that.

bagnut - 07 Jul 2004 10:47 - 40 of 107

Ian,
I have diabled my ad blocking thru Norton - still unable to access Level 2 via Level 2 button - I am now receiving runtime errors each time I access various options on Money am.

hilary - 07 Jul 2004 10:49 - 41 of 107

For you guys with ad blocking and/or Norton Wotsit on your pc's, try this link for L2 rather than the tab at the top of the page.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 07 Jul 2004 10:49 - 42 of 107

bagnut,

can you re enable the ad blocking for now.

I will get the guys to see if they have any suggestions.

Ian

IanT(MoneyAM) - 07 Jul 2004 10:50 - 43 of 107

Bagnut,

can you tell me if this is happening in any particular area of the site?

Ian

bagnut - 07 Jul 2004 11:04 - 44 of 107

Ian,
It was happening each time I attempted to access Level 2 via the button, and when I accessed the Investors room.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 07 Jul 2004 11:05 - 45 of 107

Bagnut - I will get JT to take a look.

Ian

Mr Euro - 07 Jul 2004 11:10 - 46 of 107

Just can't get the staff :-)

Hey Ian what about my free trial to get Shares mag tips emailed to me 24 hours before being published? Still waiting.

bagnut - 07 Jul 2004 11:10 - 47 of 107

Ian,
I disabled my ad blocking thru Norton again to see which areas cause the runtime errors. I tried to access Stockwatch, Quotes, Portfolio, News, all of which created runtime errors. So I guess it would happen on all areas.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 07 Jul 2004 11:13 - 48 of 107

Mr Euro :)

IanT(MoneyAM) - 07 Jul 2004 11:14 - 49 of 107

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 07 Jul 2004 11:15 - 50 of 107

J.

bagnut - 07 Jul 2004 11:20 - 51 of 107

IanT(MoneyAM) - 07 Jul 2004 11:26 - 52 of 107

bagnut,

Million,

If you use the promo, it will just expire and you will return to your normal account and you will not be charged for this promo.

Hope this helps.

Ian

MillionDollarMan - 07 Jul 2004 12:44 - 55 of 107

Thanks for your quick reply Ian! Much appreciated.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 07 Jul 2004 13:33 - 56 of 107

bagnut,

can you please delete all the files in your cache by doing:
Tools menu/Internet Options/Delete files (you do *not* need to delete cookies!)

then restart the browser and start again.

We think you have a corrupt page in your cache for the investors room which is displaying those javascript errors.

Please let me know,
J.

Orrill - 07 Jul 2004 14:12 - 57 of 107

Fantastic offer, but I must think twice. I live in the sticks and my web connection struggles to reach 36K. When will broadband arrive? Can I spread bet this?

IanT(MoneyAM) - 07 Jul 2004 14:16 - 58 of 107

Orril,

Why not give it a go - if it does slow down your machine due to your connection you do not have to use the extra functions, and your account will return to its present level in 7 days.
