Maintenance: Site downtime Friday 6th August @ 23:45.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 05 Aug 2004 13:18

Hello.

Since the switch over we have had a few teething issues, so to save you reading all the posts on this thread, ill list the ones that have been found, and when they have been fixed, cross them out. If things are not working despite being 'fixed', ill put them back on the list.

MoneyAM Website
Closing bid/offer prices skewed
Charts: OHLC not being saved, breaking candle sticks.
Market Scan issues.

If there is any that I have missed, please let us know.

J.

All,

The streaming chart applet now works under the MS VM again (no need to upgrade to the Sun Java VM, or keep it enabled if you have)

Please go to the streaming chart page and hold the ctrl key while clicking on 'refresh' to start running the new version.

Ill cross that off the list.

Streaming prices not working here, blank grey screen.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 13 Aug 2004 16:20 - 399 of 616

gavdfc,

This would intimate that you are struggling to download the applet - can you try a forced refresh CTRL + F5 and if that doesn't work, would you please try a restart on your PC?

Ian

gavdfc - 13 Aug 2004 16:22 - 401 of 616

Now getting the main screen with status:connecting to stream but no prices showing.

gavdfc,

You may find a a few difficulties at the moment - we are just looking into a minor problem.

Hi Ian, the prices have not closed at the correct bid and offer prices on the AIM stocks again, they are reflecting the prices at what the last market maker has signed off for the day at.

little woman - 13 Aug 2004 16:37 - 409 of 616

I've now realised the prices quoted in the stocklists just before the auction, are the auction bid & offer prices! And as orders are pulled, the bid & offer prices change with it.

SueHelen,

Thanks, we are looking at this now. :(

Hi,

My Portfolio is down by 27,054.72 this morning!!!!!!!!!

Can I presume this is just a 'week-end' thing while you are working on the site which will correct itself when the market opens on Monday, or should I go and kill myself?
