Placing at 1p - should ensure the sp stays low - but Lo! it's up today - mindyou the RNS talks of Finance - and the details are well hidden towards the end - maybe someone was prepared to pay 75% more (Buy=1.75p)than the City-types....well, not me!
The Placing is dependent on Shareholder-agreement early Sept08. I can't see them insisting on Administration, can you?
Oddly the Sell price is 1.25p so if you sell now you can enjoy a replacement fill at 1p ( assuming you have the Right, etc.) - still looks a tad careless of the MM's. These touched 26p within the last 12 months - but that was before we heard the goings-on in Sub-Prime, Northern Rock etc. etc. Retail -pull-back is partly to blame - but in reality it is the lack of a new "Must-Have" gismo that is CYAN's downfall....and unless they win one soon - - - -
This Co. has failed to ignite the market for special chips - and I suspect that is at the root of this issue; although one big "win" would make a huge differernce......yet who will hold the secreets to the "next" Ipod , , , , AAH, if only! I don't hold....all IMHO...DYOR!

tescoma--are you still holding here? I liked the recent trading update so have bought a small holding. It seems as though the co. is beginning to come good and I will add if more good news appears.
