(Ithought it might be useful; to start a "new thread" for the combined company - that's PTI+BTG . . .) - I am assuming the EPIC will remain the same, as I've not heard any different.

No specific comment, except I'm glad the deal went smoothly - and - await further comment.
EDIT(9Dec08), 1.2m bought today at 17:02 shows someone want them, otherwise Buys/Sells pretty even. Could this be an Institutional purchase?

14July09 - seems the rise recently (now 1.60), may be due to an independent Research Note, often loved by Brokers to drum up business in "bargain shares" by trawling the Share-register ( a process I detest!) - still, if it boost this stock who's complaiining?

Two years later and we have the prospect of buying another Co to add to the as-yet untested US-Sales Team, not even as many as 1-per-State (DYOR). Still shareholders can meet early Jan2011 to decide if we want to blow the Co's coffers on Biocompatibles.
Some believe it's too generous....and wonder "when" (not "If"), the begging-bowl will be passed to investors.
