is well undervalued by the find of 25M barrels a day on a $30M well. The posibility of a take over it is just a question of time.

Abu Dhabi is poised to come to the aid of Dubai's debt stricken-businesses, but only on a "case by case" basis, senior bankers an officials said today. Some analysts believe that a tailored rescue package is also likely to offer sweeter terms to foreign investors than to those based in the UEA. If Abu Dhabi were to overplay its hand, Dubai could still be forced to embark on a global firesale, analysts said.

Good morning traders!

In Asia today, the Nikkei was up 199.5 points at 9,281.02, while the Hang Seng
ended the morning session ahead 696.11 points (3.3%) at 21,830.61.

Crude oil traded at $76.70 a barrel on Nymex.

Gold settle at $1,173 an ounce.

common shares in the Company (\"Common Shares\") (representing approximately 0.41%
of the issued share capital) at an average price of 94p per share, through Agile
Energy Limited (\"Agile Energy\").

Agile Energy is a Channel Islands company owned by the Asher Family Trust, of
which Jeremy Asher is the settler and lifetime beneficiary.

Following the purchase, Agile Energy has a beneficial interest in 14,000,000
Gulf Keystone shares, representing approximately 2.9% of the Company\'s issued
