Market cap just 1.78 million

In last final results they made PBT of 800k but more importantly they seem to
have excellent cash generation and their debt dropped sharply from 5.2mil to 3.8 mil.

All done in very difficult trading conditions.

Todays news should help earnings medium term and is a good fit.

Spectrum Interactive sails into UK marine market

Spectrum Interactive plc has bought the assets of marina WiFi operator, Ocean
Wave Europe Ltd, for an undisclosed sum. Ocean Wave Europe Limited, established
in 2006 had grown into one of the largest marina WiFi networks in Europe, but
ran in to difficulties in 2009. Spectrum will deliver high speed wireless
internet access to 40 coastal and inland marinas in the UK and Ireland.

Spectrum completed the network takeover during December 2009 and as a result
will provide an estimated 15,000 permanent berth holders and visiting yachtsmen
with easy to use WiFi connectivity. Marinas include Premier Marinas, Yacht
Havens, Associated British Ports and many independent marinas.

The Spectrum service offers marinas a wide range of WiFi options in design and
payment services for the berth holders. Additionally Spectrum has already
started offering the marinas a range of new products and marketing opportunities
including remote printing, internet desk access and media sales.

Daniel Gray, Head of the Travel Division for Spectrum Interactive commented,
"this project takes Spectrum into a new and important market sector, and
provides a major opportunity to offer new products and to innovate with marina
managers to maximise the existing WiFi network. We have employed Jon Howell as
our Marina Account Manager, and he brings excellent marina experience and
several key relationships to Spectrum".

Overhang clearing today, been a long wait but my be worth it.
