ExecLine - 09 Aug 2011 14:58

Let's hear it for a new web site. Hopefully, one that goes viral:

http://catchalooter.tumblr.com/

They say:

Collating all images of looters from the London Riots.

Get me on @CatchaLooter.

If you recognise anyone, contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, or preferably via

https://secure.crimestoppers-uk.org/ams.form.anonymous.asp

This site does not support vigilante action; merely using social media to collate all images in one place.

Use CTRL mouse wheel to zoom up the browser pictures, and email me on CatchALooter@gmail.com

Plastic bullets are the size of the cardboard inside your average loo roll and made of solid rubbery plastic - and they can kill.

I watched a bit of Sky's channel 847 last night in the bedroom, whilst preparing myself to retire for the evening.

847 is 'Santag' and is as impressive Asian channel.

The reporter/presenter was with a mobile cameraman and in a car/van, which was touring the streets of Wolverhampton and transmitting from the vehicle. The pictures were very clear and the commentary was interesting.

All the damage had been cleared away and the rioters/looters had gone home.

At one stage the vehicle stopped to chat with some police, who were unimpressively just standing about near a police van. "We cannot make any comment" said a scraggy '40yr' old hatless lady cop, who I could never imagine would be of any use fighting looters.

They also stopped to chat with a group of '35yr old' muslim guys, who were 'Keeping watch for the community and we've also helped to clear up some of the mess. This is our community and you've got to put a bit of effort in, haven't you?

Impressive TV reporting. Impressive muslim guys. Impressive Wolverhampton community spirit.

There's hope out there!

Rain forecast tonight ... that'll sort it.

dealerdear - 10 Aug 2011 11:27 - 21 of 101

Hope so as I'm out.

Living in Notts was like living in a war zone last night

Stabbings; local college firebombed; police stations fire bombed; cars set on fire all over the place but worst of all the local pubs were attacked!

Bernard M - 10 Aug 2011 11:40 - 22 of 101

They will soon go back to robbing peoples homes, and stealing cars.

Should stop any government benefits of those convicted.
