Starcom PLC 16p Target On A 50 Day Moving Average Break - https://twitter.com/ZaksTradingCafe

Beaufort Securities
Starcom (STAR) is much too cheap, especially if one considers the attraction of its IP to much larger groups who also wish to control such market opportunities.
Our view: There is always value in companies whose management who can successfully apply modern technologies in traditional products areas. Such innovation can uniquely satisfy target customer needs, and can even create brand new markets. If this IP can also be adequately protected, with volume production complemented by international distribution, then they may find themselves presented with an enviable opportunity. This situation fairly describes Starcom Systems plc, whose online tracking and monitoring devices provide an ideal solution for companies and individuals otherwise pre-occupied with fears of safety, theft or vandalism of their high value fixed and mobile assets On a forward multiple of 10.3 times,Starcom is much too cheap, especially if one considers the attraction of its IP to much larger groups who also wish to control such market opportunities.

Nexeed Track and Trace solution enables the freight and load carriers to send regular information about their current location and status to the cloud. For instance, schedulers can view where the packages are at any time and whether they are expected to arrive on time. Information about temperature, vibration and humidity is also transmitted.
from previous STARCOM rns
Starcom (AIM: STAR), which specialises in the development of wireless solutions for the remote tracking, monitoring and protection of a variety of assets, is pleased to announce that it has reached a collaboration agreement with a major European industrial group.
This group has been seeking an appropriate Track and Trace technology for its new monitoring solution for the logistics and transportation industry. Its requirement was for a single solution for tracking land, maritime and air freight, as well as for other logistics operations.
Following extensiv research and weeks of technological and business discussions between the two companies, Starcom's technology, specifically its Kylos Air product, was selected as the most suitable device to meet the customer's rigorous requirements.
In line with the agreement, the two companies will collaborate over a number of years in the supply by Starcom of an Internet of Things (IoT) platform, with Kylos Air at its core. An initial order of a thousand Kylos Air units for delivery in 2017 has been received. It is not possible at this stage to indicate the likely level of future orders but the arrangement is for an initial three years of collaboration and further sales can be expected provided Starcom meets the relevant specifications.
