If glow do not announce there results soon, can a company's shares be forced to be suspended by the stock exchange, or is suspension something that a company does off its own back, shame that the directors have not made an announcement to explain the delay to calm investors nerves.

Hi Joe,
I believe that Glow's preliminary results are being lined up for this Monday, 31 March.
Given that Glow is an AIM company, it has six months to report full-year results, and so has until 31 May to do this.
I'll be talking to the board on the day, and posting some form of result commentary that day too.

Forward stat looks OK to me
LONDON (AFX) - Glow Communications PLC said it full year operating loss narrowed slightly as turnover surged 64 pct and it predicted profitability in the near future if its sales performance remains on track.
The operating loss narrowed to 3.5 mln stg in the year to Nov 30 from 3.7 mln a year earlier as turnover rose 64 pct to 8.3 mln stg from 5.1 mln.
Like-for-like turnover, which excludes the group's Primary Networks operation that was disposed of in 2001, rose 98 pct.
But at the pretax level, losses widened to 4.1 mln stg from 3.5 mln in the year.
"The substantial progress made during the last twelve months is only partially reflected in these results," said chairman Derek Griffiths. "Our principal subsidiary, Glow Telecom, has enjoyed considerable success in terms of customer acquisition and increasing the revenue derived from them."
"Our data storage subsidiary, Primary Storage, continues to trade in line with expectations, and following the well-received launch of its latest Mac product, the company's prospects look more encouraging than they have done for some time."
The chairman said that overall he is "confident of the company's prospects going forward."
Turnover from the group's telecoms operations rose sharply to 4.7 mln stg in the year from 231,411 stg a year earlier, with most of this growth occurring during the second half of the year, with what the company called "a minimal increase in overhead".
"The continuing monthly growth in organic sales, combined with the established tight control of the cost base, will enable the group to achieve positive returns in the very near future," said Griffiths.
Glow Telecom saw its average revenue per user during the year rise to 51.73 stg per month for business customers and 11.58 stg per month for residential customers and total registered active accounts for the year rose 788 pct to 21,216.

signed an agreement with Atlantic Electric and Gas. Under the terms of the agreement Glow, which already specialises in the development and provision of low-cost high-quality telecommunications services, will initially market a low cost electricity and gas energy offering to its existing telecoms customers base. The second stage of the agreement will enable Glow to use its proven marketing affinity strategy to sell a wider range of low cost energy services to new customers. Atlantic is an independent electricity and gas supplier in the UK. Atlantic will initially manage all new customers in terms of response to advertising, inbound sales, migration from other suppliers and after care.

I noticed this one earlier today as it had a really narrow spread. Unfortunatley I'm all tied up moving accounts etc so can't get on board but anyone know why the rise?
Looking at the trades there's more selling than buying.

This seems a steady little share to me. I can't buy any more as I too am tied up. But am holding what I bought a while ago long term. It's not volatile and is a nive one to keep on the back burner.
