Thanks for the thread Crocodile,
Having appraised the deteriorating newsflow from Iraq this weekend I'm beginning to wonder if the US may have bitten off more than it can chew in trying to promote a "user-media-civillian friendly" option. Technological evolution just hasn't come that far yet, it's either going to require some serious arty to root those hardcore-boys out of their bunkers or a very long seige. Personally prefer it to take a bit of time and see a few more lives spared, a lot of casualties appear to be occurring because of the external demands for a high-speed war.

Glad I'm still short BARC from 394 and likewise with BP. at 429.

just wonder how much the usa charged for the media rights?

Morning all

Viva_Cohiba - 24 Mar 2003 08:40 - 8 of 10

Good morning Crocodile,
perhaps there'll be a few more people posting on this thread today, sorry but I don't have access to the traders thread. Looks like my bearish BARC and BP positions are already paying off. I'm looking for about 30 points off both over the next 2 days.

Crocodile - 24 Mar 2003 08:48 - 9 of 10

Saddams speech was typical, no substance. The only important thing is he mentioned something which was after the time he was supposed to have died. So still alive and kicking.
Viva I hope so, already at 8:45 have 55 posts on the traders board.
Covered PRU short for +8
