Have to say this again PPR , I've heard from a very close city friend that its either merger or takeover due in the next 2 weeks, wait and see... nothing to see until it happens bought 10k today @ 8.15am dyor

According to the placing papers they have 53% committed approval already so it is a fait accompli and the AGM is merely a formal necessity.Longer term there should be no dilution since Filmtec should contribute immediately;but they are saying on another board that some broker client's who are in at 4.75p will be taking easy profits so the price may be volatile over the next few weeks.

Slight movement upwards this morning could be a good sign of positive news on its way..

Up another 5% today on back of a one million Market maker buy.....still looking fair value at under 5p.. have been to 7p only recently.
