The Ametistoveye acquisition takes POG Category C reserves to 7 mil oz an increase of 32%.Acquisition cost works out at about $14 per reserve oz. If you compare Russian mining costs with much higher costs in other regions Peter Hambro and Pavel Maslowsky have so far a no cost acquisition!!!
Loans for Mine Construction as stated are readily forthcoming, not surprising after such a good move

The market may well have already factored in the dilution, most investors who follow POG can also do the sums. The overall business strategy by Peter H and Pavel M appears sound, there are no bad news, and no track record of unfulfilled promises.
