The green eyed monster in me was alerted to the posting of NSB Retail being up 950% in just 11 months. Does anyone have any tips on who the next NSB could be ? Top 5 penny shares.

Have a good look at Cyh, Cybit holdings, a leading telematics player with a seemingly good management and lots of news on contracts and institutional investments.
IMHO a 3 or 4 bagger med to long term
DYOR of course!

Cybit has been posted here for Months yet little to show for it.....although I hold I'm not so sure; as all eyes are really on the big-daddy Traficmaster that really has done well after a disasterous Rout from 11 in the bubble days.
Let's not forget Cairn that has profited out of Shell Management selling off unproven fields - but that may have been luck....just as Shell was stupid to re-rate its entire portfolio, even if it was honest - the tricky thing is that until the stuf comes to the surface (for grading) you really don't know what is down there.
Nevertheless, oil stocks are dwindling IMHO and we should be organising alternative means of powering the movement of people: electric trains for the longer journey, electric cars for regular short-hop trips. So all new car-parks need to have provision for hooking up a charger. These are things best done by Government Policy, so we'll just have to wait!

Air music and Media (AMU), very solid for a penny share and already profitable. Just about to start a push past the 9p mark in my opinion from looking at the charts etc. Generally trades between 8 - 10p on very low volume. Can buy now under the offer of 8.5p.
Bioprojects (BIP) is very exciting. Recent highs of 9.5p. Can buy now for just under 7.75p.
One share I would keep well clear of is Warthog.
Good luck.

i understand warthog is in a bit of trouble, but surely with a market cap of just over a mill and a marker value of over 7 mill the shares are cheap in long run by anyones standards or have have i missed something?

They may appear cheap, they may be worth a gamble but in my opinion they are best left alone. I often buy shares which are risk/reward based but I just don't like this one.

My favourite is TTL, formerly a dog called Roxspur but transformed by a reverse takeover and now as TTL only 2p above where the old company was trading at about 8.75p very interesting. Expecting a host of contracts over the coming months to keep the new pot fizzing. Interesting!

Wigmore is the one I would go for. WGT A great growth story in the making and the shares are currently 2.5p. Company winning contracts and profits sure to flow freely from this year onwards.

I've got to say Tadpole looks good, but it is a gamble, this one is run on news and there's plenty of it in the pipeline.

Agree with Wigmore. Should do well over the next month or so in the run up to the results and when the results are announced. However, Share price does not move dramatically on this one. Can only see this doubling at most. May even go down a bit first..
Zi Med will do well this year. Just waiting for lots of news which can only be positive when announced.
ARC Risk Int. will do well - should double at least in the next few months.
Also, VTB & PXC

Chelford Group PLC made a pre-results announcement (expected mid March) in which it claimed that it is making great stridesin sales of SAP software and other interesting software like web solutions for complete supply chain applications and agreement to distribute Oracle's products. At 2.75p it may be a good pointer to do some research.

For me personally CHELFORD will surprise a lot of folks down the road, will surpass previous high very easily (thats just 6p, but chelford entered stock market when IT/internet boom was on low down) thats my own confidence, I have nothing to do with the company nor do I ask others to buy..
except do some research into into global IT market, The company and third party solutions i.e SAP market will help...
results soon, 2nd week march..
Good luck to all...
