woodie, i picked some of these up at 8.5p....25k a gift at that price. Don't forget that the directors bought a lot at 11p not long after the results when the price took a hammering. The traders/mms may see this 11p as a benchmark price to trade from. Perhaps the directors might be planning to take it private, who knows??
Either way the way i see it is... directors buying shares at 11p... company generating 1m cash in 6 months... looks like a good company to be in and still undervalued at this current price.
Hope this helps.

its ok... one of my best friends is an auto electrician and says that it is a good company. It does quite well out of the alarms it makes, but its main money making business is audio equipment.
I see you have been posting on here a bit. I think it will go up from this level. It is always a good sign to see directors buying shares when they can.
My broker spoke to the trader and i think he had enquiries for big orders... perhaps a reason why... plenty of volume going through.

Yes, I am very happy to be in these too, I wouldn't have thought I would lose any money at the price I bought. I don't have that many to lose sleep over (25k shares approx). You would think (and hope) that the directors are the people that know the true and fairest value of their company, and that when they buy shares, they expect to get a good return from the price they buy at. So if I can get the shares some 30% cheaper than them, looks quite a good investment to me. As for you woodie, well you got them at a gift...even though they have been up and down since. You are very right to keep hold. There is no reason why these shouldn't be 15p again soon.
It would be good to keep this bb on toa alive. Even people wanting in and out can make a return here I feel.

I am soon going to be buying some of these, currently trading at 10p. They seem to have an extremely low PE for a growth company. It's forecast at 3.8 for this year and 3.3 for next. There aren't many companies with a PE that low at the moment. Not many that stand a chance of surviving anyway!

be careful a mild profit warning about the mature buisness was issued in oct,as yet we do not know what impact it will have on full year figs.as the chairman brought 500000 shares soon after was he trying to get shares on the cheap? cheers woodie

well again at a low and the marketing director of 11 years resigns. It really doesn't look good. Moving to AIM - blow me I thought they were already, such performance should never be on the full market list......whatever next?
I see they plan to buy more of some company - looks like the seller knows a thing or two.
This company is a huge loss (& for me) and will continue to be, unless it can show some v-v-voom. Perhaps the MD's son could take over Marketing, after school.
Does anyone have an inside track on these people?
