I've received a flyer in the post for a free seminar given by Inside Track on how to build a property portfolio. Does anyone here have any experience of these guys? Will I learn anything useful from the seminar or will they just give me the hard sell for something?

Just wondering if it is worth half a day of my time.

Inside Track is run by a guy called Jim Moore.

I attended one of their 'free' Workshops in Sept 2002. Did not gain a great deal and was shocked at the end to learn that all would be revealed in a two day Seminar that would cost nearly 2,000 if you signed up there and then, otherwise approx 4,000.

I did not sign up, don't think many people attending did. Would be interesting to hear from someone who has actually attended the two day Seminar.

Sutre - thanks very much for that pointer. I figured it would be something like that and it's nice to know I don't have to waste my time with it.

The flier reminded me too much of timeshare advertising so I guessed there'd be a hard sell in there somewhere.
