Worth buying? (TPT)

pinechris - 11 May 2004 12:38

I can't help noticing these shares have been tipped everywhere I look lately, massive growth, good potential etc, so how have they dropped from 750p to 150p? Are they a buy now or is the chart wrong?(seen that before) I am a wary beginner so am watching to get experience, not buying into something I don't yet understand, seem to good to be true.

Are you guys looking at the same chart as I can't see then ever been 750p

You got me thinking then but I remember seeing this chart back in May and thinking what a good buy this could be. Look at Historical prices link below.

Not quite sure what the chart shows perhaps there has been some mathematical manipulation (divide real time price (pre 6th May)by 5)to show how the price of the share has grown with respect to the new price. Hotrott is absolutely correct with his posting. The share offer happened on the 6th May. On the 5th the shares were approx 750 on the 6th they were approx 150 but all share holdings had increased X5.

Hope this helps

Still looks a very good investment imho.

I have held these for 3 weeks and in that time have gained 2K. They are the first share that I have owned that have lived up to expectations, and if they drop back, I will continue to add. Great company with great potential.

Falling back on action of sellers / shorters. Good support @ 156, so hopefully will see the buyers starting to rush back in.

Director sells 3.5m ?

kitosdad - 21 Jun 2004 12:13 - 10 of 13

emailpat .... wish I could put my hands on 3.5 million, don't you? :-)
I have no problems with this .. I am very happy to add to TPT at this lower price. This is the biggest tile and laminate flooring company in England, and opening new outlets as fast as they can acquire them. The fallback is a good buying opportunity IMHO.

Still holding well and worth adding to.

FGO as a second line of defence, or defloor. :-) Kitos.

Looking interesting once again. Bought in 2day @ 165+. Any views appreciated.

azhar - 26 Apr 2005 16:58 - 13 of 13

OK out at 169+. Markets not looking good, this might still go down so will try to get back in lower, if that happens. I think the next support is 156. any views?
