I have been offered this free of charge.
I would appreciate any comments as to L2 worth,before deciding whether to accept.Any knowledge on this matter would be appreciated.

Yep if you have been offered Level 2 then don't hesistate for a second. More of bargain than going to the sales.
Normally Level 2 subscription would set you back 50.00 per month.
