Zyzygy to buy OFEX? (ZYZ)

MightyMicro - 07 Oct 2004 01:20

OFEX rose 70% plus yesterday on news that Zyzygy plc may make an offer for the AIM-quoted junior market.

Zyzygy were formerly Channel Health plc. What's the story here?

Thank you, Bullshare.

With such a wealth of experience of company directorships at all stages of corporate life and expiry, I can see that OFEX will be in good hands.

Is this the same chap that Gausie spoke so movingly of a little while ago?

Oi! ZYZ is mine. I was instrumental in introducing it to the well known investor Joseph Logica2me more than 2 years ago. (See early correspondence on ADVFN if you don't believe me -- I figure as "Pat O Hat"). The tale has taken many twists and turns, and it will always have my fondest feelings, but not my money.

PS that Gausie had me in the back of his car once, I owe him a ride (when I get a car)...

pwmiles:

FWIW, I spoke to an informed person today about this potential massive bid and he described it to me as a non-starter, in his opinion.

I've never been in the back of Gausie's car. Have I missed anything?

pwmiles, just watch how you construct your sentences :-)

Well just to make things completely clear, Gausie was in the front of the car throughout, obviously as he was driving it :-)

Hoots was in the shotgun position (it was at the PDX bash last year).

Funny how shares you think are completely hopeless (ZYZ) can still make money for someone isn't it? Oh well enough dribbling
