Nelson Resources brought more good news to the market today bidding at auction for a 50% stake in the Arman Field in Khazakhstan . There bid was the highest at 10.5 million , the field produces roughly 4500 bpd this is good move by ceo nick zana.

NLG has been off for the past few days following falls on the TSE, falls due to rumours the Kazakshtan government are changing their policy on awarding new licenses. Also a note from Aton today........

Nelson Resources. Issues 18.9mn stock options
Nelson Resources said yesterday it had granted a total of 18.9mn stock options (2.2% of the company's outstanding share capital) to senior management under the company's stock option plan.
The options are for common shares and were granted on Nov. 17, 2004, at an exercise price of C$2.40 ($2.03).
We reiterate our Buy recommendation on Nelson with an end-2005 target price of $2.82.
