Oh dear, this one has dropped like a stone! Maybe a chance for a dead cat bounce with this one, only for the brave or the long term value investor. Are you still in this 700202?

Are you serious? First half sales 0.5M v 1.6M last year and gross margin down from 25% to 19%. Cash balance down from 7.3M to 1.7M. Company imo looks desperate to preserve cash and "anticipates shipping tools from inventory to satisfy recent customer orders". It might come off - it if does might indeed prove multi bagger from present level, but risk is very high and possible downside imo is 100%.

partridge all i am saying is that the order book is better @2.6m and they have made savings in the outflow of cash ,have seen the sp around this price for a long time i have dealt in these at 50-60p i still think the worst is behind them, market leaders ?

Fair comment 700202, but savings made from cutting overheads and there are limits to whether this can be repeated and still have a viable enterprise left. First half sales dreadful, second half should be better but cash is the key. Many businesses have failed when growth too rapid from a low base - those sales need working capital to support them and invoice discounting or debt factoring might help BED if sales come through as hoped. Good luck with it - some years ago I thought Marconi could not go any lower and doubled my loss as a result....taught me always to focus on cash generation.

I've been watching this too since early 2005 and could be a nice recovery multi bagger tucked away in the ISA. Not convinced yet mind.

Picking up again. Further orders are expected in Q1 and following their first order from Japan, we may expect to see more business here as the economy continues to pick up.

Not good , there must be some bad news.
On the upside the R.S.I looks extremely over sold, could be a bounce.
