Why are large companies unable to give accurate delivery slots - why am i wasting a day sitting waiting for Comet to a deliver a washing machine - why isnt the managing agent doing it? When they do turn up, will they bring the right one, will they plumb it in properly, what damage will they cause?

I hope you have more luck with Comet than I had Fundy. I ordered a Dyson and on the day of delivery it did'nt show up. A month later after many heated phone calls, I cancelled the order. What I didn't realise was that they had debited my card as soon as I placed the order. It took another month to get my money back. No letter of apology, nothing. The missus was very upset as it was her birthday present. So I bought her a new iron instead. What a generous bloke I am.

I just bought an iron for the missus half price in Argos 25, its the third iron in two years, they don't make um like they use to.
