Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

My streaming Stockwatch is not working this am. I can get non streaming prices OK.

I have just checked RNS and there are no problems - what is happening at your end?

It's the long standing "page cannot be displayed" message that has plagued RNS for weeks e.g. click the N on VOD, bring up list of articles, then the problems start. Sometimes a second go works but not this morning.

I cannot replicate this - could you e mail me with a copy of the error message and I will then speak to our suppliers as the RNS news re directs to them, and therefore it will be something that they will need to look into.

Ian - RNS again playing up - I get http://moneyam.uk-wire.com/cgi-bin/articles/200511240700255908U.html for VOD and page cannot be dispalyed message. This is such a long standing problem I can't understand why it hasn't been fixed.

As UKWire isn't within our control, all we can do is keep reporting these outages to them and hope they fix them.

Trades page - live stream appears to have misplaced all trades before around 12.00. They are in the non-live list though.

Am having no luck with the 'live' trades streaming although the other 4 categories appear ok.

Any answers? (sensible please)!

gents...why do RNS' not appear for certian companies take AFC as an example today trading update issued at 10.45 or so yet no icon to indicate it on the stockwatch???

EDIT - Unfortunately, the restart has not recovered the information.

Still having trouble with live streaming prices, with VOG only the last 2 trades show.

Unfortunately, the restart did not recover the trades information prior to it being done - this is why you are only seeing limited information. If you have access, you will need to refer to the static trades information full data on the day.
