bristlelad, how did you know? first name is frankie:) driver , were you being pro banning little sh*ts from street corners?
a good week for seo. and a good week for bosley. first foray into the stress inducing world of cfds proved succesful , twice. as for seo, confirmation of a more than successful trial with youngs, a successful interview with rhps followed by a buy recommendation. next week, and i say this with absolute certainty, will either be a big yawn or there will be another rns.:)

LOL - Great night out - going to have a headache when I wake up later this morning - got a couple of discussion topics coming up - which I am sure will add some spice to the debate over SEO - is it real or is it ramp-hype-spin-tip ?

A parting thought before I rest my weary eyes - as the RHPS report is pasted all over the web now and I have read it - it is full of "could" "maybe" "possible" type of things - but something caught my eye - in my report against spin.
At the time of the US engineer RNSs I made it quite clear this was pure spin.
HW says to TB (of RHPS) about last month's deals on engineers in the USA - that they were "quite misunderstood by the city".
Well - if you provide the ramp and spin team with little snippets like that - they will ramp and spin them into being things they are not - I therefore am confirmed in my opinion that this was deliberate spin knowing that the ramping team would use this - the ramping team linking to and making false rumours of Walmart signing soon.
Come on Howard - pull the other one - "quite misunderstood" indeed. I said at the time it was purely to allow the ramp-spin-hype team to make hay. It was the draw for my first comments on SE0 from where these RNS pushed the price up to 22p and it was all a misunderstanding in the city lovely tell the people presently buying in at these prices it was all misunderstanding.
In my opinion - RNSs from this lot are so full of spin - you need to read them 10 times and watch for bits missing - a change of word - a comma - anything that actually twists the meaning of something said before or after - or indeed some basic data that is missing altogether - or missing reference to base requirements to be able to judge a statement. This all feeds the rampers - spin - hype merchants.
My own opinion is that this total spin is quite vile - the rampers work on Buy on Rumour - Sell on real news and facts - why is there so much spin - so they can make many rumours to get people to put money in to SE0 to raise the level at which they exit before it all goes wrong - IMO.
A confirmation of such spin is the reported linking to PM1 site on the SE0 web site - (with a disclaimer to cover their bottoms that they do not monitor it and cannot be held responsible for what is on it) - why on earth would a company with such "confidence" need to resort to things like that - unless - unless - its all part of the game. Feeding the rumour - spin - hype perhaps.

Sorry its a long first post the start was a question to the beloved Paul on a different site - please IGNORE the question over the email - but the questions raised later are very relevant.
Paul - a question - to clarify your post.

LOADS of people phoned Tony Ruane, and he is willing to talk to ANY OF YOU who believe there is anything in the misinformation of ii.
Send him an E-Mail, and he will call you !!!!
tony.ruanne@asda.co.uk
Cheers,
PM
Why does Tony Ruane - who is the man at Asda running the trials - have an extra n in his email - being Tony.Ruanne - or is this just a typo by you ? Obvious question - just needs a simple answer.
--------------------------------------------------------------
Another question - why is Tony Ruane willing to call all these people back and spend his own money - is there any vested interest ? Or is he using the Asda phone lines and Asda are paying for these calls to investors in SE0 ? Why does Tony Ruane - as you state - have such a vested interest in the success of these trials that he is willing to call anyone ?
Tony can say what he likes as at the end of the day Asda are not buying the conversions the suppliers are so IMO it would be obvious that Asda potentially are pushing this as they want to push the suppliers prices down IMO (oh not forgetting the better seal).
I am quite sure Tony is going to tell us about crisp lettuce leaves crunchy carrots succulent potatoes and all that in his next 15 minutes of glory on an SE0 news clip. He will no doubt forget all the datums for making comparison will it be more of the same or can we expect next time to see we used to pack this on an old clapped out heat sealing machine but now we changed it to RF sealing and with bright and bold new coloured packaging and now put this bright new packaged goods at optimum customer eye catching height in the best position right next to our promotional goods and its SPRING and people are looking at losing weight for the summer so buying more salads as the weather is hotter - and it leaks no more and sales are up !
Would it not be surprising that either the 2nd or 3rd trial will be on salads for the seasonal spring rise to buy salad just like that after SQS in other supermarkets were promoting Salmon with booklets and in store posters raising general public interest in Salmon so surprising Salmon sales are up (along with the new packaging of which it was not said if the attractiveness of the packaging has been changed or the presentation to consumers)
Perhaps this is the way forward we will get news of further trials in January 2006 where Christmas puddings where changed to RF sealing late November and surprisingly sales of the Christmas puddings in December were sky high got to be the sealing !!
What could the final trial be on ? What increases in sales with hotter weather ? Ice cream perhaps ? Are there any promotions going on on Pasta elsewhere what could be used to spin it ? Must be something ? Perhaps cold cuts of meat for those summer salads ?
This leads to another post I will do later - raising some other queries.
As a side note I found in laughable that HW said to Tom of RHPS that the city quite misunderstood the USA engineers RNSs - well - did he really expect that the ramp team would do anything else but say Walmart is coming when you release news like that ? Come on Howey - pull the other one - "quite misunderstood" indeed. I said at the time it was purely to allow the ramp-spin-hype team to make hay IMO. It was the draw for my first comments on SE0 from where these RNS pushed the price up to 22p and it was all a misunderstanding in the city lovely tell the people presently buying in at these prices it was all misunderstanding.
Looking forward IMO - and yes just an opinion - the spin and hype will continue and a small order for less than 100 machines will come from Asda (potentially less than 50) - then another dilution will happen with more shares issued - then later in time - the truth may come out and the ramp and spin disappear. It may well be that only Asda will take the machine conversions - and in very small amounts - to save some face after the goings on - and then it all moves on to FrogPak - and all the hype on RF sealing will slowly drift off into the sunset.
With regards to a FTSE company linking to a fans rampy web site well thats a first but why did they need to link to it ? this must be a new low.
I could get into this disclaimer thing
The information or opinions contained in any post is not contributed, reviewed or monitored by the owner of this computer. Therefore any materials in this post or past or indeed future postings do not necessarily reflect the views of this computers owner and they accept no liability for its contents.
Or when linking to PM1 site from SEO site
"A private investor in Stanelco has built the following website which contains SOME information relating to the Group and its activities. The website and information contained therein is not contributed, reviewed or monitored by Stanelco. Therefore any materials on this site do not necessarily reflect the views of Stanelco Plc or its Directors and we accept no liability for its contents."

what an arse. Of course their is a disclaimer. Anybody but a complete ii would put a disclaimer on when linking to a website they do not control.
And why the link?
It is important for any company to create as many links as possible on a website to create traffic flow, just as it is important to allow opinion (either good or bad) on your products and services, and allow the public access to it. On this basis have you asked seo to create a link to your adverse views? How do you know they would not agree? How do you know that when this link was created it was with the stated intention of creating a rampers fan club. It seems more likely it was created as a message board for investers. If this is the case then how many investers do you expect to leave a message saying they have invested k's but the company is insubstantial rubbish.
As for the e-mail address. asda.co.uk is a web address owned by asda. What you are suggesting is that an SEO fan or employee has infiltrated either the company or the server and set up a similar address to receive e-mails and spin them like a politician on a mery-go-round!!! Do me a favour and forget investing and go back to writing the trashy spy novels this sort of scenario belongs in.
I am a seriousley novice invester and even I can see this is desperate claptrap for you to get off on.

The first bit you should ignore - that was just part of the post that was a question to Paul.
