The chart for this stock says it all.

The company is quickly becoming a real gem in the telematics field, over the last month the co. has announced re-seller contracts which will bring in min. 2m or >30% of last years T/O alone.

The company is already experiencing massive organic growth so the co. should be profitable now following last years 500k loss.

The co. has approx. 6m cash and is in one of the hottest growth areas at the moment.

With a market cap. of 25m this will be re-rated x2/3 minimum within the next 6-12 months IMHO.

MM buys went through on Friday with T/O continuing to build, one to put on your monitor...

News that the government is contemplating road charging throughout the UK could be the boon that the telematics industry has been waiting for and CybIT could be well positioned to take advantage of any increase in demand.

The transition of stock in CYH from retail investors to professional and institutional investors is now in full swing. The next bit of good news will send the stock up even sharper than previous news because there is less of it around for retail investors to buy.

KBC are MMs and also Cybit's brokers, it was them that carried out the placing. It is their responsibility to keep Cybit on good terms with the major shareholders and financial institutions as Cybit may decide to tap the markets again on their next stage of expansion. KBC cannot trash what they,ve just sold as nobody would do business with them. They are working in their clients best interest which is about taking the stock from you for as cheap as possible and handing it to those who were prepared to financially back Cybit at 3p.

The placing was at 3p, Cybit, its new cash balance and its prospects are way in excess of this price. Do not let others rattle out of Cybit Holdings.

I'm sorry to bring this up, but I feel I need to clear the air. On Arjen post (no 323) he stated "Institutions - ref Edmond Jackson and a specific government
regulation - MUST know more financial information BEFORE any private
investors/stockbrokers"

This got my back up, because I couldn't believe this was true. I have since had it confirmed that infact this untrue - rule 9.2 of the Listing Rules requires companies to inform official information channels 'without delay', when they hold information that is 'likely to lead to a substantial movement in the price of its listed securities'.

Informing official information channels means they have to notify everyone (not just Institutions, many of whom are actually stockbrokers) at the same time.

Ajren - Your thread on regulations does not have the original post, or any details - which is why I posted here. (I also did a search, and can't find it - tried to find threads that you started, but nothing comes up - the only thing that works is the EPIC, but you didn't give it one.

The Cadbury report is exactly that - a report. A report gives recommendations, must of which never become law, and the few that ever does get watered down.

Marconi didn't report the problems they were having until it was too late as everyone got the same information at the same time including the London Stock Exchange who receives the same information at the same time as everyone else. (The London Stock Exchange does not control prices - the MM do!)

When Johnson Matthey went bust the Bank of England didn't even know what was happening and certainly the Stock Exchange found out the same time as everyone else.

The regulations say they must disclose to everyone at the same time.

Nor me, I'm just no-where near as bullish as I was and I just can't see how it's ever going to get higher when it's never been above 5p since it floated, they've just posted good results and its dropping like a stone...
