Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Trades page - live stream appears to have misplaced all trades before around 12.00. They are in the non-live list though.

Am having no luck with the 'live' trades streaming although the other 4 categories appear ok.

Any answers? (sensible please)!

gents...why do RNS' not appear for certian companies take AFC as an example today trading update issued at 10.45 or so yet no icon to indicate it on the stockwatch???

EDIT - Unfortunately, the restart has not recovered the information.

Still having trouble with live streaming prices, with VOG only the last 2 trades show.

Unfortunately, the restart did not recover the trades information prior to it being done - this is why you are only seeing limited information. If you have access, you will need to refer to the static trades information full data on the day.

Stockwatch not working, logged out and restarted pc, still no use.

I cannot access the stockwatch and get a java error:

java.lang.NoSuchMethodError:Java.Lang.StringBuffer:method append(Ljava/lang/StringBuffer;)Ljava/lang/StringBuffer; not

That is all I can see, this seemed to happen at 16:30, hope it helps.

I too can't get Stockwatch - just a grey screen where the companies list and detail should be.

Same here, blank screen.

Same result with the 'live stream' Trades option too. (Yes, I know the market's closed now)

dudes your news feed seems to be fecked.....not getting real times updates on stockwatch and have a look at your current/archived news for STP and compare it to what every other supplier has....there are loads of expamples of this...funnily only noticed these today....
