The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days.You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

ptholden, I, like others, believed what we were told by RT and company, even though we know many companies are prone to at least a degree of exaggeration. Unfortunately, timescales were way out, and some events announced werent even taking place. A big lesson learnt there.

London, UK, 7 November 2008: Meldex (AIM: MDX), the specialty pharma and healthcare
company announces that Board Directors Helmut
Kerschbaumer and Klaus Kuehne, Interim CFO and COO respectively, have sold 4,042,593 shares at
7.5p on 6 November, 2008. The shares were
held by Melmed Holding AG and Sanguisan, and the remaining shareholding of Melmed Holding AG
and Sanguisan is 16,998,546.
The shares were sold to an institutional investor to raise approximately 300,000, which
is to be lent back to the Company in the form
of a bridge loan.
The Company has also signed a term sheet with an investment company to inject up to 3m
by way of a debt facility to the Company.
Further details will be announced when the agreement is finalised.
