Why are we again at 10.5p bid?

It doesn't add up...

Good Results + Strong buying pre results + Christmas online buying soon = Price drop

Then again some companies that have debt for equity hanging in the balance, poor results and bankruptcy around the corner and they go up!

Why sell now at a loss?

Wont that be a kick in the teeth when we see 13.5p 14p again!

yeah, looks like it overgrowth.

trades this morning almost zero. we need buyers now to push price slightly up bit by bit. i think all the silly sellers are away now as even today hardly any have sold. think price will remain pretty static, maybe slightly up towards 13p until january results coming out. Then RTD will surge i'm sure.

Fully agree, not expecting much this side of xmas, though expect activity to wake up in the new year ahead of results. This is a long term holding for me that is tucked away in my isa and is staying there.

The price is around 12pence now, What are peoples thoughts on topping up before January. Worth it or not?

I am a big fan of this share and its growth prospects, and intend to top up again prior to the results announcements (once I can free some cash up from elsewhere), for me this is a long term investment, I am not looking for short term gains but long term capital appreciation.

Heard on BBC news 24 that online sales in UK are at record levels and account for 2% of GDP. All good news for RTD and probably why cc is so upbeat.

Douggie - on the contrary - nothing but good news, however this will not set the price on fire until the next formal results.

Lots of traders thought the price would shift much more in the short term (i.e. a couple of weeks), now it looks as though it's topped out for short-term traders they are getting out and moving on to the next shares which are expected to rise phenomenally in a short timescale.

I'm in RTD with a large position for the long term as all the pointers to significant growth are now on the horizon.

Many people are indicating on here that they are now in for the long term. Exactly how long are we talking? Until after March? / 6 months? /1 year? / longer?

I see a letter of 'complaint' in the Times on Saturday (page 2 of money section) - Customer complains RBS allows him only ONE card-not-present transaction per day due to security concerns. Severely hampers his internet shopping !

The RBS customer careline had advised this chap that he should either buy everything at once or spread his purchaes out !!

He ends by saying " It seems to me that if this security policy is widespread it will cause credit card customers a good deal of annoyance and extra hassle when they begin their Christmas Shopping"


Sounds like they need a little help from RTD...

I believe that RTD has the potential to become at least a 5 bagger within a year once the bigger fish come on board - it's difficult to predict this - could be as early as the end of Q1 next year or more likely Q3/Q4.

For this to happen the investors with the serious money need to be convinced that the recent turn around in fortunes for RTD is sustainable rather than just a flash in the pan.

We could see 14p very quickly simply based on Christmas internet sales figures and if there is a mad rush of T10 traders at results time, then the price could go to 20p+ and then drop back on short term profit taking.

When RTD move above 25p, I'll probably sell half of my holding, and the rest I will leave for at least a couple of years (or more) - provided that all the evidence shows that the company is on the right track.

Lots of small shareholders selling before 9:45am total 330,000 sold

THEN at 9:48am to 9:58am

the big boys moved in & BOUGHT 450,000

They want your shares so they are hoping you will sell.

T10 traders are those who buy stock and have 10 days before settlement for the trade is due.
many trade this way on stock that they feel will increase in value over that period. They then sell before the deadline and pocket the profit without ever having to pay for the stock.

They've now raised the Bid price a little bit after trying to worry people a little bit earlier on.

Are they trying to tempt some more small shareholders to sell or am I just being far too Cynical?
