NETeller - CASHING IN (NLR)

HUSTLER - 17 Nov 2004 20:02

NETeller - NLR - 3.15
Thought i would start a new thread following on from
hawick - new issue looks very special - not to steal the thunder from
hawick but just to highlight the company name to those not already in to this
potential blockbuster.
Those of us who are following NETeller know the background and have been
active with postings, for newcomers i strongly sugest viewing the
( new issue looks very special posting )the content will speak for itself.

Brief overview of NETeller
The company handles online cash transactions across the globe
on 21st oct gained fsa approval to operate as a regulated e-money issuer
and will passport the regulated status to all 25 EU member states
it has over 1 million clients rising by 2000 number each day
1500 online merchants and processed over $1.5 billion in 2003
pre tax profit is estimated to be 29 million to dec 04 rising to
40 million next year
per currently 20 to dec 04 falling to 11.5 which is low for sector
brokers have been raising forcasts on a regular basis
share price has risen over 50% since launch earlier this year
new markets emerging constantly, asia has the potential for supergrowth
online casinos are creating enormous profits
given all this - cash generative - huge market - fsa approval
infastructure in place to handle growth, profits accrue to bottom line
the market force is behind it with good relative strength
all put together it is hard to argue against this has the potential
to be a blockbuster over the year ahead

Just been catching up - quite happy to have my 10K CFD p[osition purring away in the background. Brilliant posts from goldfinger and stuart. They really fill in the reasons for the success story and why it will continue motoring. OK, competition will emerge as for Yahoo, google and Party Poker but there is such a thing as momentum and market leadership. Really is a longterm hold. For those not into CFDs, the big plus is that you can reinvest the suplus on the trade without closing it: I bought NLR on the margin from SEO and have just used the margin on NLR to buy BPRG and, hopefully, so it goes on!

Eric - advice please - I noted your comments re CFD's a couple of weeks ago and have done some research on them and finally felt brave enough to open an accout with BSL.

However - they do not list them as a CFD that they trade.

Does one have to ask - or do only certain SB''s deal

Thanks in advance

Who do you use for your CFD'S? Been tempted but I did'nt think all brokers dealt CFD'S on the AIM market. If you decide to bank any profits using CFD'S how long does it take to hit your bank account? If I've asked anything too personel, sorry.

LOL

Eric which company do you use for CFDS on NLR please and other smaller companys?

cheers GF.

goldfinger - 14 Feb 2005 17:33 - 411 of 1341

Excelent news on the political/legal front......................

The Caribbean state of Antigua and Barbuda has beaten the US in a dispute over internet gambling.

The country relies on online gaming for much of its foreign currency earnings but was shut out of the US market by laws banning cross-border gambling.

It took the US to the World Trade Organisation, claiming that the ban was designed solely to protect the huge US betting business - and won.

The US says it will appeal against the WTO decision.ENDS.

This sets a whatever in law now. Smile.

cheers GF.

HUSTLER - 14 Feb 2005 20:36 - 412 of 1341

The good news just keeps on coming gf
and can't see an end to it.
Mind boggles as to what could happen in
the next 2 years - FT 100 stock ???
Brokers forcast does not take into account
10% tax reducing to zero over next 4 years
as if 10% was high.
Report due 5th april
new markets
looking to purchase a bank
asia to come
court judgements in favour
nearest thing to a cash making machine
america presentation - come and join in
etc etc etc.
how many durecell bateries does this one have
just keeps on going and going and going

moneyplus - 14 Feb 2005 21:26 - 413 of 1341

My stomach ties in knots just watching this amazing rise! I agree it could be a Footsie 100 share eventually. It will presumably have to move to the main market to qualify but anything is possible and only 10% tax on gains after 2 years.

goldfinger - 14 Feb 2005 23:40 - 414 of 1341

And then nil Tax In the Isle Of Man. Superb.

Some investors for whatever reason just cant get there heads around how well this one is doing and will carry on doing. Its not fiction, its fact. Get in now while its stiil cheap , yes still cheap.

cheers GF.

gallick - 14 Feb 2005 23:54 - 415 of 1341

Has not had a down day, as far as I can recall since shortly after the FSA licence was granted (after it shot up and then bobbled around), and has now doubled inside 80 days.

Which makes me think that even when it does start to have down days (sadly that will happen soon enough), almost certainly investors will buy in on weakness, and it will ratchet the sp up further. IMHO it won't simply plateau and then fall, but will start to act like more normal upwardly rising shares.

At the moment we are still in dream phase, but even when we come out of it, I can't see the SP falling off a cliff with this much momentum.

gallic not had an off day yet you say
quoting 80 day rise - not quite true but what
the hell - still pumping - reminds me or sage pre 2000
amongst others, at the time, find me somthing as hot as this
in this market, remember the market at present is being kind,
but this one is a superstar
don't take my word for it as a relative newcmomer
ask goldfinger
don't get scared when it does drop, short - long term
say 2 years - sp will have to consolidate to keep interest
cash cash cash - nb dividend has'nt even been mentioned yet.

keep on pumping

Here we go again,,this share is amazing!!!

EWRobson - 15 Feb 2005 13:35 - 419 of 1341

baza, ms and gf

Sorry to be slow coming back on CFDs. NLR is one share I feel happy enough with to leave it to look after itself. Another chalk up today, oh good! so that's what I've come to expect. Too high a tsunami for the evil shorters to try to hold back! I trade CFDs with blue index (www.blueindex.co.uk). They cover some AIM stocks but not all. I think they draw the line at a cap. somewhere around 30M. Takes a week or two to set up because they have to be hot on compliance. As I see it, they are effectively a specialised broker, so their income is on your opening and closing of positions. The minimum commission is 50, or 0.5%, so it is more expensive than on-line trading. For this they give a personal service and will call you if they feel any action should be taken, e.g. you go negative on your total position. Another disadvantage is that they normally book the trade at the margin of the spread although I have got them inside when the spread is relatively large. You also have to pay for overnight money at LIBOR plus 2%. These negatives are relatively minor compared to increasing your gearing 4 times (typically). Another major plus is that, if your position is positive, you can reinvest it in the same or another share without closing the position - the internet summary of your account is very comprehensive.

To put money in, you need to transfer it in by debit, or presumably credit, card. Cash can be taken out the same way - so it just takes a day, perhaps, to transfer using your debit card. I initially found the former a bit of a problem as you would sell a share and it would take three days for the funds to get to my account before being transferred rapidly by debit card to them; in the meantime, of course, the sp has moved against you according to that well-known law named after SOD!

Hope this helps. Given that this is a bb for NLR happy to discuss further by e-mail.

NLR just purring happily ahead!

Eric

Yeah there is a bump downwards on the graph which I forgot about. Must be selective memory (I thought it was an intraday fall, but SP recovered by the close of play). Has doubled in 80 days though - SP at the start of December was @ 300p.

Another great finish to the day..Jb

stuartth1309 - 15 Feb 2005 16:46 - 424 of 1341

Down day for MMG and DGM (hopefully short-term for both) but not so for the star performer that is NLR!!

Comfortably in the 650's by the end of the week I think.

Cheers,
Stuart
