Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

This function should last longer thana split second, you shoudld connect to streaming have somewhere between 30 seconds a few minutes depending on how many users are connected.

It seems like you are struggling to download the applet - may be worth re installing the java, by clicking on the word Java at the top of the stockwatch screen.

You may also be having problems if you are behind a proxy server which is slowing the access and then just flashing it up at the last minute before the contended page comes up,

We put in a fix earlier this week which has solved 99% of these problems, however, this looks like it may be eminating from our suppliers so I will forward it onto them,

Level 2 strip seems to be out of sync with level 2 orders - see SEO

This unfortunately is related the the earlier problem we had which is causing some rogue orders, on the SEAQ stocks, we are having to wait for the MM@s to change their quote. On other stocks, we are in teh process of removing these.
