Brought some decent results out today but since early morning I haven't been able to get on the site.
Even TCP/IP pings are timing out.

Perhaps they just need a few pennies for the meter?

Price making progress. Advfn should be able to declare its maiden annual profit.

Romping away today .. up over 10%

Good run this morning. Especially after the online buy size maximum dropped from 250,000 to 75,000. Now it's down to a miserable 50,000. So the market is short of stock, and the price is holding in the face of the after lunch profit takers. So far!

There may not be more today, but buying in advance of the results should keep the momentum going this week and next. Tx traders will be coming in too.

Today's RNS shows that ADVFN is still developing and spreading its wings.

Results next Tuesday. Another little run up today after last week's rise and pull back. Now meeting the usual profit taking.

Advfn is today more of a business than it was a year or so back, so there are yet more grounds for optimism on further progress. See the news over the last year for all the developments.

Price action appeared to reach a kind of equilibrium today. Bid and offer sizes were equal, and a gentle two way trade developed.

Results (finals) tommorrow. The share is coming back to life again after a dullish end to last week. A lot of talk bandying 5p as not being too optimistic.

Cannaccord (the brokers) were suggesting 9p as a target not so long ago. We may now be on back on that track.

Rather ho hummish set of results. Mention of a "large" acquisition might be a concern.
