Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Sorry for not answering your calls, we are running on a skeleton staff and we have been busy trying to get this fixed.

Unfortunately, our feed providers are having a major problem at the moment, and there is not much we can do at our end.

I will keep you updated as I find out more.

All,

Apologies for not being able to answer all your phone calls this morning but we've been trying to rectify this problem.

We've spoken to Comstock (our feed supplier) and in their words 'things have blown up' and they're having problems with their UK Level 1, UK Level 2 and some international feeds.

They've got their developers in the US working on fixing it as I type but they're unable to provide an ETA due to the scope of the work.

It's not a localised problem (so they can't switch us onto another feed) and it's affecting all their other clients too.

As soon as we have any more information it'll be posted here

It looks like you only have data from when you fixed the problem.
All ealier data is not showing.

Prices are not right on streaming,?

Unfortunately, data that was sent out whilst the feed was down will have been lost.
