If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

I have just spoken to Comstock and they say that things are "completely fixed" now.
I hope so :-)
Please accept our apologies again.
Cheers, James.

Unfortunately, data that was sent out whilst the feed was down will have been lost.
James.

0057659....any changes in the price of any stock before the data feed was restored will not be reflected. The next mark up or mark down in any stock will make the price on the stock in question to display the correct price.

James - Level 2 is not correct because of the outage - all orders placed before the fix, although on the book, are not shown on your screens. Perhaps you ought to post a warning on the site? If people are unaware, they may make some silly trades and will then blame MoneyAM.

Price of Yoomedia is 8p to buy not 9p and 7p to sell.

mactavish...see my above post. The offer price for YOO has not changed since 9.00am this morning...the data feed was restored at around 09.15am. For it to display the correct price on the monitor the offer price needs to change in real time. The next mark up or down will make the price display its true value.

James
With regards to the real time prices on streaming, how long will it take to correct itself? i.e Voss reading 4.75 - 5.5 however this is incorrect and other small stocks that doesn't move as fast will we have to wait for the price to change before it corrects itself? If so this could take months? Even the volumes are all wrong?

0057659....in the case of VOSS if there are no further changes in the price today...then would expect the monitor to display the correct price as of tomorrow. Same applies to other small caps which don't move as fast.

At close: all small cap stocks now reflecting true closing prices.
Everything now fixed.
