Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).
Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.
cheers GF.

I'll be voting UKIP later tonight as will most the people I know. We've given too much to this European project which hasn't yielded any positive results for us. Time to knock the project on the head and call it a day I think. Can't keep throwing money down the drain especially when our own country men are suffering and going without.

Putin has done another neat sidestep. He knows Europe is going to try very hard to do without energy supplies from Russia. He needed to find a new major market for his oil and gas and then he can continue to behave how he wants.

Max - it's not the "why" that concerns me, but the "where's it all going to end" ..... radicalism and nationalism are very dangerous and easily get totally out of hand

UKIP stormed ahead in the polls for the Euro elections last night – with Nigel Farage’s party leaving all three major opponents trailing.
By: Sally GuyoncourtPublished: Thu, May 22, 2014
The party looked set for huge wins despite a campaign dogged with controversy after leader Nigel Farage was accused of racism.
A survey by Opinium revealed Ukip had a huge advantage with a 32 per cent share, Labour had 25 per cent, the Conservatives 21 per cent and the Lib Dems and Greens neck and neck with six per cent. A YouGov poll showed Ukip with a 27 per cent lead, Labour on 26 per cent, the Tories on 22 per cent and the Lib Dems limping behind the Greens with just nine per cent.
Mr Farage said a big win would be a political “earthquake”.
He said that he was ready to “do a deal with the devil” and be willing to back a Tory or Labour government next year if it would ensure a referendum on Europe.

They won't count until Sunday as France and some others go to polls Sunday. No counting until all countries polls have closed. No discussions in media of exit polls until all polls closed Sunday.
The council elections will be counted tonight and tomorrow I believe.
