AHT

The buyers are back today after staying on the sidelines yesterday at the technical resistance point, looking good to close blue today - above the resistance level.

BREAKING NEWS

Daily Sport
6/2/04 filed by our special LEEK reporter

While on safari to the flood plains of deepest darkest Wales I discovered a group of natives speaking gibberish in the bookies huddled around as piece of soggy paper which they had found on the top of, what would be in the dry season, a mountain. I risked a peek over the shoulders of these savages, in the best investigative journalistic traditions of this august publication to find out what was going on. I discovered that they were trying to decide whether to bet the last bag of coal in Wales on the strength of what this piece of paper said. It was apparently written to a bunch of mongrel puppies by a dog, who had a brief encounter with their mother one summer beside a lamp post in Tenby. It advised them about the odds concerning the outcome of an important international event - the shares trading game. The letter stated that the dog fhad nobbled the favourite, one Hilary, by swapping his selections for hers and that she was certain to come last. One story is that the mongrels didn't have enough money for a bet and so had sold the information to a local Italian family for two tins of Pal meaty rabbit chunks.

hilary - 05 Feb 2004 13:23 - 4134 of 23498

I thought that the Trading Game was a marathon, not a sprint.

:o)

Golddog - 05 Feb 2004 13:41 - 4135 of 23498

Oh crap another leak? There will be an enquiry into any dirty handed dealings involving corruption amongst Invesment Game players. This enquiry will be dealt with by Poochy himself so that should anything go against him he can change it.

Hilary, Yes it is but i dont think it helps if your wearing high heeled shoes.

jeffmack - 05 Feb 2004 16:25 - 4136 of 23498

I've got my high heels on and its not helping me.

hilary - 05 Feb 2004 16:44 - 4137 of 23498

Why does that not surprise me, Jeff?

:o)

Socrates - 05 Feb 2004 17:32 - 4138 of 23498

Marathon - Isn't that a chocolate bar?

Golddog - 05 Feb 2004 18:07 - 4144 of 23498

I have put everyones table on the old Trading game thread to view only - click see your table. Best if you do not post on that thread. (link also available in header above the leaderboard)

Golddog - 05 Feb 2004 18:09 - 4145 of 23498

jenny, This is not a Trading Game only an investment game, so the stocks you have choosen must last for another 2 months at least! There will only be one chance to trade one stock selection beginning of March. There is no official web page to go too.

jenny - 05 Feb 2004 18:10 - 4146 of 23498

found it golddog (see your table) right,i`ll leave you to it you sound too grumpy.jen

This_is_me - 05 Feb 2004 18:12 - 4147 of 23498

GD I think you have got the table on post 4138 wrong! I don't have PSN! I have VLX and AHT along with the NHP!

Interestingly there has been NHP stock on loan for the last while, so presumably someone has lost a lot of money shorting it.
