If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Morning.
I've just refreshed stockwatch and it is now showing all yesterday's change percentages and trade volumes.
dell
(edit) appears to have sorted itself now.

ssd,
James is taking a look into this, but he suggests that you clear your cookies from the browser to see if this makes any difference:
To clear cookies, click on tools, internet options and then under temporary internet files, click delete files.
Let me know how you get on,
Ian

Ian,
Deleted Cookies and temporary internet files, rebooted, but still the same.
Had installed security update for windows 2000 KB912919 earlier this morning, but wouldn't expect this to cause the problem.

I'd like to make a suggestion on an enhancement to threads which have posts that run into the 1000s.
Rather than paging backwards at most, 2 at a time, would it be possible to manually enter a page number to make it easier and quicker to find the required page/post?

bakko,
It is possible but we feel this system works as well as any at the moment, as it is only a limited number of threads that have such large posts, and we would hav eto make the change across the board.

Ian....Thanks for your prompt reply. I take your point regarding the wholesale changes. It's just that I'm looking for some previous information on the betting exchanges thread and I'm finding it a little tedious and time consuming locating it.
Would it be possible to tweak it somehow so that the manual page entry box only kicks in on threads if it exceeds a specific number of pages?
Kyoto....Thanks and will take a look at your solution

I can ask the techies, to take a look and maybe put it on their list for future development.
